Blueberry Dutch Babies

Amaze your holiday guests with this scrumptious Oregon Blueberry Dutch Baby! Made with frozen Oregon Blueberries, this easy to make breakfast is sure to become a holiday morning favorite with family and friends!
It looks impressive but its super easy to make.


  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 5 T salted butter 
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • 2 T sugar
  • Powdered sugar for dusting after baking, and prepared lemon curd for serving


  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Add butter to baking dish and place in oven to melt as it preheats. 
  • In a blender add eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla and sugar. Blend until combined.
  • Add blended ingredients to melted butter in baking dish. Sprinkle in frozen blueberries then bake for approximately 30 minutes or until top is puffy and golden.
  • Dust with powder sugar and top with lemon curd. Serve and enjoy!
