BLUEBERRY SCHOOL • MARCH 16-17, 2015
The OSU Blueberry School, scheduled March 16 and 17, 2015 on the Oregon State University campus in Corvallis, will include two full days of presentations, announced OSU Extension Berry Specialist Bernadine Strik. And the first evening will include a dinner and social event.
Strik said that she and others are working on the agenda for the first OSU Blueberry School since 2007. The agenda will be posted on a website being prepared for the event.
The school will have a focus for Northwest growers, she said, and will focus on Extension presentations, rather than research reports. A book of informational material will be available for distribution.
The event will include “cutting edge information for beginning and advanced growers, as well as those focused on conventional and organic production methods,” she said.
“We will provide more information as we move forward with the planning of this event,” Strik said. “In the meantime, please mark your calendars. We hope you will be able to attend.”
