Blueberry Coconut Milk Ice Pops
Sweet summer blueberries pair deliciously with coconut milk in these fun and refreshing Blueberry Coconut Milk Ice Pops. The end result is a dairy-free, creamy, blueberry filled popsicle that is sure to quench the summer heat.
Ingredients

3 cups fresh blueberries

1 15-ounce can whole fat coconut milk

4 ounces sweetened condensed coconut milk

1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions

In a blender or food processor add the blueberries, coconut milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk and vanilla until thoroughly combined.

Add the mixture to popsicle molds with popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 24 hours. To serve, take them out of the freezer a few minutes prior to serving.
